NOTICE ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA AND THE USE OF COOKIES
Dear USER, the personal data that you provided to PIDE s.r.l. (“PIDE”) via the website pide.energy/en (the “Website”) will be processed using electronic and paper-based tools.

I - INFORMATION RELATING TO THE WEBSITE PRIVACY POLICY
This notice also applies for the purposes of Article 13 of EU Regulation no. 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, for parties interacting with PIDE, and can be found at the home page address: pide.energy/en. 1. TYPE OF COOKIES
The Website uses cookies, which are files downloaded into your device when you access the Website. Cookies are used to make your browsing experience easier and more intuitive. IV - PROCESSED DATA
1. HOW DATA IS PROCESSED
Browsing data
Like all websites, this website also uses log files containing data whose transmission is implicit in the use of internet communication protocols. Such data is not associated with directly identifiable users, but contains information gathered automatically during their visits. The information collected could include the following:

2. PURPOSES OF DATA PROCESSING
The data collected by the site during its operation are used for the purposes indicated above and for the following purposes:

VI. - SECURITY OF DATA PROVIDED
This Website processes user data in a lawful and correct manner, adopting appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, modification or distribution of such data.
